OUR LEGACY IN AEROSPACE WELDING

Founded in 1982 as Spacetron Corporation, our company pioneered argon atmosphere chamber systems that set new standards for reactive metal welding in aerospace. For decades, our custom chambers supported some of the most ambitious programs in history, each one tailored to meet unique mission requirements.

Space Shuttle Endeavour — Custom vacuum chambers designed for welding titanium aft thrust structures.

F-18 Fighter Jet — Argon atmosphere chambers engineered for precision welding of titanium rudder assemblies.

K-1 Rocket Program — Fabrication of titanium thrust beams in advanced argon chamber environments.

Orion Program — Titanium hydrazine and helium flex lines manufactured for Lockheed Martin using Spacetron chambers.

Throughout these programs, Spacetron earned Nadcap accreditation for both Welding and Aerospace Quality Systems (AC7004), and consistently built to the standards of AWS D17.1 for aerospace fusion welding. These certifications validated not only the quality of our systems but also the rigor of our processes, a standard we continue today at Spacetron Titanium Chambers Co.

Reestablished in 2023, we carry this legacy forward with modernized argon weld stations that blend ergonomic design, advanced controls, and readiness for robotic integration. Whether delivering custom chambers for unique aerospace components or ready-to-deploy systems like the Tron E-24, our focus remains the same: reliable, contamination-free weld environments built to meet and exceed industry standards.

Looking ahead, our vision extends beyond Earth. Spacetron Titanium Chambers Co. is building toward a future where reactive metal fabrication is possible anywhere—from terrestrial production floors to lunar habitats and Martian bases.

Our Legacy is Innovation. Our Future is Unlimited.
